eVTOL Supply Chain Partnerships

Vertical Aerospace signed Hyundai WIA to manufacture and develop the landing gear system for VALO, its four-passenger zero-emission eVTOL aircraft. The electric aircraft eVTOL supply chain deal gives Hyundai WIA full end-to-end design and production responsibility, with UK engineering firm Stirling Dynamics serving as a specialist landing-gear design partner.

The agreement expands the supply chain, which now includes Honeywell for flight control, Aciturri for airframe structures and Evolito for electric propulsion, as Vertical advances toward Critical Design Review ahead of full certification testing.
