DyStar Launched New 'Dianix Black XF3 300%' Patented Dye Technology

DyStar’s Dianix Black XF3 300 percent is a disperse dye developed with a patented chemistry designed to deliver high wet fastness for polyester based materials. According to DyStar, the dye is suitable for exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing, and printing, and it maintains compatibility with other Dianix XF, XF2, and SF dyes. The product provides high wash and wet fastness on polyester, polyester and elastane blends, and polyester and cotton blends. Additional performance characteristics include medium dry heat fixation fastness, good exhaustion and build up properties at specified temperatures, and a color yield comparable to Dianix Black XF2 300 percent.
The dye was also highlighted at Techtextil 2026 as part of DyStar’s portfolio of high wet fastness solutions for technical textiles. The company positioned Dianix Black XF3 300 percent alongside other innovations intended to support sustainability goals within the textile value chain. DyStar noted that manufacturers could engage with its technical teams during the exhibition to evaluate how these dyeing technologies may help meet performance requirements while aligning with environmental and compliance objectives.
