Schneider Electric Opens Its Energy Tech Accelerator Early-Career Hires

Schneider Electric launched 'Energy Tech Accelerator,' a 12-month global early-career program that will recruit an inaugural cohort of 50 participants to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, engineering and sustainable energy. The program targets early-career engineers excited by AI, digital technology and sustainable transformation. Applications open Nov. 2.

Participants will complete two six-month rotations across five global hubs in Boston, Paris and Grenoble, Dubai, Bangalore and Shanghai, working on business and customer challenges with dedicated learning, mentoring and customer exposure. The program is part of Schneider Electric's investment in workforce capabilities as energy systems become more digital and connected.

As energy systems become more digital, the program signals how global early-career training that pairs AI with energy expertise can build the skilled workforce the energy transition needs.
