European AI Infrastructure Parnterships

Schneider Electric and NVIDIA announced a strategic collaboration to co‑develop infrastructure for AI factories, focusing on power distribution, cooling, building management, and high density rack systems to support large scale AI compute deployments. The partnership includes joint research and development to create NVIDIA enabled rack and pod solutions under Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure platform, with the stated objective of improving energy efficiency and operational control for data centres that host intensive AI workloads.

The initiative is positioned to accelerate deployment of AI ready infrastructure across Europe and to align with regional policy priorities such as the European Commission’s AI Continent Action Plan and InvestAI funding objectives. Announcements at industry events described the work as an evaluation and scaling effort to demonstrate measurable reductions in energy use and to enable rapid, energy efficient roll out of AI factories for hyperscalers, enterprises, and public sector organisations.
