EV Charging Service Models

Camber introduced Camber Complete, a commercial fleet EV charging service that automatically waives monthly fees in any billing cycle when charger uptime falls below the contracted 98% threshold. The fleet EV charging uptime guarantee includes monitoring, diagnostics, firmware updates and preventative maintenance. Fees are only charged when Camber meets its performance commitment.

Fleet operators pay for hardware and installation upfront, then pay nothing ongoing during underperforming months without needing to file claims or request credits. Actual uptime data is tracked through telemetry and displayed in real time on the Camber Core dashboard, showing the charger and site.

Camber shows that linking service fees to verified performance, rather than a fixed monthly bill, can benefit consumers and make the case for more EV infrastructure in cities.
