ASUENE Has Raised $87M in Its Series D Round Led by BlackRock and Temasek

ASUENE raised $87 million in Series D funding, led by Decarbonization Partners, the joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek. The round marked the fund's first investment in Japan and brought ASUENE's total funding to $161 million. The round combined $43.8 million in new equity capital with $19.3 million in debt financing from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, with additional participation from DAIKIN and RICOH.
The funding will support ASUENE's expansion through international mergers and acquisitions across Europe, North America, and Asia, while strengthening its presence in sustainability disclosure markets across the U.S., UK, and EU. The company plans to use the capital to broaden its platform and meet growing demand for emissions management and regulatory reporting tools.
