Accelerate Infrastructure Has Raised $630M to Scale

Accelerate Infrastructure Opportunities and CBRE Investment Management closed a $630 million capital raise, bringing total platform commitments to $1.26 billion, with new investments from Mubadala Investment Company and Australian Retirement Trust. The digital and renewable infrastructure investment platform owns more than 400 sites across 47 US states spanning digital connectivity, renewable energy and transportation infrastructure.
The platform launched its site acquisition strategy in December 2022 and has since built a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets designed to support long-term, sustainable cash flows for investors.
