Industrial-Grade Recycable Films

Daubert Cromwell has introduced VCI Films with BioNatur® Technology, an industrial packaging solution designed to support both product protection and sustainability goals.

The "polyethylene films are engineered to biodegrade in anaerobic landfill environments while remaining fully recyclable, helping to address concerns about plastic waste and its long-term environmental impact." By combining recyclability with biodegradation capabilities, the technology offers manufacturers an alternative approach to reducing packaging waste throughout a product’s lifecycle.

The films also provide corrosion protection for metal parts during storage and transportation "by using Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) technology, they release protective compounds that form a molecular barrier on metal surfaces, helping prevent rust and oxidation caused by moisture and humidity." Suitable for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment manufacturing, the solution protects valuable components while supporting broader efforts to improve resource efficiency and advance more sustainable packaging practices.
