Data center heat reuse transforms surplus energy from atNorth’s DEN02 data center into a resource for large-scale greenhouse operations in Denmark. Through its partnership with Selected Group, excess server heat will support year-round local food production that would otherwise require additional heating. Locating the greenhouse beside the data center creates an integrated system that reduces wasted energy while lowering dependence on traditional fossil-fueled greenhouse heating.
