Green Pearls Expands Operations with Three Sustainable Properties

Green Pearls Unique Places has expanded its international portfolio with three new sustainable accommodations: Ebner 1822 vacation homes in Austria, Slow Food Hotel Schloss Lerchenhof in Carinthia, and the GSTC-certified Megasaray Club Belek in Turkey.

Ebner 1822, located in Carinthia, combines traditional farmhouse construction with regional wood, clay, and organic straw, offering a healthy indoor climate, natural swimming ponds, and seasonal organic cuisine. The homes, accommodating up to four guests, emphasize local identity and community engagement.

Slow Food Hotel Schloss Lerchenhof promotes slow travel and culinary sustainability by sourcing seasonal products from its ecological farm and operating with energy autonomy through hydroelectric and biomass systems. Guests can join workshops exploring local crafts and ecological practices.

Megasaray Club Belek, a GSTC-certified all-inclusive resort, applies a holistic sustainability framework encompassing waste and water management, energy efficiency, and social responsibility. A solar park provides 50% of the resort’s electricity, and guest and staff initiatives promote eco-friendly practices such as vegetarian dining and cycling along the coast.
