Struktol Co. of America LLC is presenting its range of additives for recycled plastics at the Plastics Recycling Conference in San Diego, February 23–25. The solutions are designed for recycled polyolefins and other thermoplastics, improving viscosity, compatibility, and dispersion of fillers and contaminants.

These additives enhance mixing, surface quality, and metal release in highly filled recycled compounds, helping processors reduce scrap rates, increase throughput, and achieve more consistent product quality. For manufacturers working with challenging recycled materials, Struktol’s offerings aim to boost efficiency while maintaining high industrial standards.

Notable products from the brand include the 'TR 251' oleochemical mixture, dispersant, and wetting agent, the VMO Series, which adjusts the melt flow of polypropylene 'RP 17' and 'RP 53,' odor control additives for recycled rubber and plastics systems, and 'TR 052,' an additive used for compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersion, and flow modification in recycling applications.
