Corporate Sustainability Report Milestones

S&S Published Its Second Annual Climate Disclosure

S&S released its second annual Sustainability Report, marking its first climate risk assessment aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and its first independent limited assurance of its greenhouse gas emissions inventory. The branded merchandise distributor generated 2.05 million kWh of solar energy across five distribution facilities and its corporate headquarters in 2025.

The report also detailed an 18.3% reduction in water use, saving more than 18 million liters year over year, along with a 38% increase in recycled waste and 60% of qualifying shipping boxes reused for customer orders. S&S expanded automated order picking and high-efficiency lighting across additional distribution centers and supported 58 nonprofit organizations through its grant program in 2025.

S&S's TCFD-aligned assessment signals that mid-sized logistics operators are adopting institutional-grade sustainability frameworks once largely reserved for larger public companies.
