ChargePoint and Powers Parts Have Partnered on Transit EV Charging

ChargePoint and Powers Parts partnered to provide transit agencies operating E2 and ZX5 Phoenix EV buses with access to ChargePoint charging hardware, software and telematics through Powers Parts’ distribution network. The electric transit fleet charging infrastructure deal targets a recognized gap, as many agencies operating Phoenix EV buses lack adequate charging service and support, which can be addressed by integrating ChargePoint’s OCPP-compliant fleet management platform with Powers Parts’ transit supply chain relationships.
ChargePoint’s telematics provides real-time visibility, battery health monitoring and route efficiency for mixed-fuel and all-electric fleets through a single interface.
ChargePoint and Powers Parts show how connecting a charging platform to an established parts distribution network can give agencies a more complete operational support system instead of forcing them to piece together infrastructure and fleet management from separate vendors.
