Ridgemont Equity Partners acquired ENTACT, a leading provider of environmental remediation and geotechnical services, with the company's existing management team remaining significant investors as ENTACT enters its next phase of growth. Founded in 1991, ENTACT operates from 18 offices and nearly 50 project sites nationwide, employing approximately 900 associates who combine in-house engineering expertise with self-performance capabilities to execute complex environmental restoration projects.
