Solar Portfolio Acquisitions

ClearGen Holdings has acquired a 19-megawatt commercial solar portfolio of distributed assets from affiliates of Tortoise Capital Advisors, assuming full equity ownership and asset management responsibilities for 10 operating behind-the-meter commercial and industrial solar projects across California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts and New Jersey. The deal reinforces ClearGen's strategy of acquiring and actively managing distributed energy infrastructure over the long term.

Being backed by CBRE Investment Management, ClearGen provides flexible capital solutions spanning acquisitions, construction financing and structured lending for commercial and industrial solar, battery storage, EV charging and other distributed energy assets across North America.

ClearGen has shown how patient, long-term capital can consolidate existing solar infrastructure to strengthen distributed generation without waiting for new project development timelines.
