FlexGen Acquired CES to Its Scale Battery Storage and Solar Services

FlexGen acquired Clen Energy Services in April, adding a domestic authorized service provider team capable of working across multiple battery storage OEMs to its HybridOS energy management platform. The battery energy storage field services acquisition gives FlexGen customers access to FEOC-compliant service options alongside expanded solar Power Plant Controller capabilities, supported by CES’s experience servicing more than 1GW of solar assets.
The combined platform spans development, commissioning, operations and long-term asset management for battery, solar and hybrid energy projects serving utilities, developers and data center operators.
