Otovo Acquired Green Panel to Expand Its Global Clean Energy Platform

Otovo disclosed a letter of intent to acquire Green Panel Solar Energy Systems for $11 million, adding Israel's largest residential solar energy services provider to its pan-European and North American platform. Green Panel operates Israel's largest solar power command-and-control center and brings field service, maintenance and logistics capabilities for solar, batteries, EV chargers and load-management equipment.
The deal extends Otovo's AI platform, Endurance, which monitors installed equipment and automates dispatch, scheduling and supply chain operations, to Green Panel's customer base. A parallel OEM partnership covering more than 250,000 installations across Europe at launch further expands Otovo's addressable market beyond its existing 1.4 million customers.
As residential clean energy systems multiply globally, the acquisition shows how AI-powered service platforms are becoming increasingly important for managing and optimizing distributed solar and energy storage systems at scale.
