Solar Energy Panel Expansions

Insolation Green Energy Received a Large 516 Crore Order of Panels

Insolation Green Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy, has secured purchase orders totaling ₹516.05 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules, with execution scheduled across fiscal years 2025–27. The orders comprise a ₹357 crore contract for N‑type TOPCon modules from an independent power producer and additional orders aggregating ₹159.05 crore for modules to support projects under the PM‑KUSUM scheme in Andhra Pradesh. The company disclosed the transactions in a regulatory filing and stated that the awards are not related‑party transactions and that the promoter group holds no interest in the contracting entities.

The secured orders are positioned to support Insolation’s manufacturing and sales pipeline as it scales module production to meet utility and government programme demand. Execution over the 2025–27 period will require supply chain coordination, production scheduling, and quality assurance for N‑type TOPCon technology, which the company has highlighted in its statement. The contracts span utility‑scale and agricultural distributed generation programmes, reflecting a mix of market segments and indicating near‑term revenue visibility for the subsidiary pending successful delivery and project commissioning.
