InCharge Energy Raised $46 Million to Scale Its EV Charging Platform
Adam Harrie — June 5, 2026InCharge Energy raised $46 million in funding, led by S2G Investments, to expand its EV charging infrastructure platform across North America. The company manages more than 30,000 charging assets for fleets, school districts and municipalities using its proprietary InControl software, which resolves roughly 80% of charger issues remotely through AI-driven diagnostics and real-time monitoring.
The funding will support the expansion of InCharge's technology workforce, increase service coverage in key markets and accelerate the development of InControl beyond EV charging into broader distributed energy resources, including battery storage, solar, transformers and electrical distribution equipment. The platform serves as a single system of record for warranties, service contracts, asset history and operational data across connected infrastructure.
InCharge shows the growing opportunity for proactive, software-driven infrastructure management across connected energy assets.
