Data Center Transparency Dashboards

Oracle will launch a public dashboard for Project Jupiter to track the data center campus's environmental performance, including noise, water use, heat, and emissions. Independent third-party experts will conduct twice-yearly assessments comparing performance against baseline conditions and industry standards. They will share the reports publicly and with the Doña Ana County Community Monitoring Committee.

Project Jupiter uses closed-loop, non-evaporative cooling that reuses liquid within sealed systems. Over 15 years, this approach is estimated to use less water than nine U.S. households, with no community drinking water used for cooling. Oracle also committed $50 million to upgrade local water systems and partnered with Arable to help New Mexico farmers conserve roughly 21 million gallons annually through more efficient irrigation.

Oracle's approach signals that large-scale computing infrastructure providers are turning to public accountability measures and water-conservation partnerships to build community trust in environmental performance.
