Spanning approximately 100 square meters, the garden produces berries, vegetables, and culinary herbs that are incorporated directly into the hotel’s kitchen, reinforcing a farm-to-table approach and reducing reliance on externally sourced ingredients.

The garden is managed according to regenerative agriculture principles, prioritizing soil health, ecological balance, and natural plant diversity. Synthetic pesticides are avoided, while mixed plant communities and pollinator-friendly species help maintain a resilient ecosystem. Raised beds, fruit trees, and wildflower areas contribute to a landscape that encourages natural pollination and supports local biodiversity.

In addition to food production, the garden provides habitat for wildlife. Stone shelters, nesting areas, and water sources attract bees, birds, and beneficial insects.
