Mirova's natural capital platform has raised more than $1 billion and supported more than 70 projects spanning carbon solutions, regenerative agriculture, and ecosystem restoration, according to its 2025 Natural Capital Impact Report. The sustainable investment manager is positioning ecosystem restoration as essential infrastructure for economic resilience and climate security.

Its carbon solutions portfolio reports sequestering or avoiding 4.9 million tonnes of CO₂ equivalent and restoring or conserving 1.1 million hectares. Mirova is also exploring a European bioeconomy strategy to reduce dependence on fossil resources and strengthen regional supply chains.

With more than half of global GDP, about $58 trillion, moderately or highly dependent on nature, Mirova signals how investors can treat ecosystem restoration with the same long-term discipline as conventional infrastructure.
