Renewable Energy Credit Facilities

Strata Clean Energy Upsized Its LoC Facility to $450 Million

Strata Clean Energy upsized its revolving loan and letter of credit facility by $150 million, increasing its financing capacity from $300 million to $450 million to support its operational fleet and expanding development pipeline. Nomura Securities continues to serve as Sole Bookrunner and Coordinating Lead Arranger, with First Citizens Bank joining in the same role.

The proceeds will fund the development, construction and operation of Strata's renewable energy and storage projects, alongside additional working capital for its EPC and operations divisions. Strata currently manages more than 260 photovoltaic and battery energy storage system assets across 24 states and maintains an active presence in 25 states through development, EPC and operations.

Strata Clean Energy shows how expanded credit facilities can support vertically integrated renewable energy platforms as they scale project development and operations simultaneously.
