CyrusOne has announced plans for a new 90 megawatt data centre campus, LON6, at Iver Heath in Buckinghamshire, intended to deliver large scale IT capacity across approximately 30,000 square metres of technical space. The development is described as comprising multiple data halls designed for high density compute and is positioned as the company’s sixth UK campus to support regional demand for hyperscale and enterprise capacity.

The project is presented with a sustainability and community focus, targeting a substantial Biodiversity Net Gain and incorporating features such as green roofs, planted walls, a biodiverse lake, and extensive public green space to integrate the campus into the Colne Valley Regional Park. Timelines published in company and industry notices indicate ground works are planned for 2026, with initial power expected in 2027 and first capacity delivery in early 2028, and the development has been reported with a multibillion local currency investment figure.
