Perigus Energy Launched Its New Pan-European Renewable Plans

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners completed its acquisition of Ørsted's European onshore business and relaunched it as Perigus Energy, a developer focused on onshore renewables across Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. The company brings 578MW of installed capacity and 248MW under construction, currently powering the equivalent of about 600,000 European homes.
Perigus has an investment-ready multi-gigawatt pipeline and a commercial structure that combines government-backed support schemes with corporate power purchase agreements. All existing contracts and partnerships from the Ørsted acquisition remain in place.
