Long-Term Green Energy Partnerships
Unimot Energia i Gaz Partnered with 3T Office on Green Energy
Colin Smith — March 25, 2026The partnership between Unimot Energia i Gaz and 3T Office Park is structured through a four year Corporate Power Purchase Agreement that will supply the Gdynia office complex with electricity sourced from renewable producers. The agreement covers more than 70 percent of the building’s annual energy demand and draws from both photovoltaic and wind installations, which allows the supply profile to align more closely with actual consumption patterns. The arrangement supports long term planning by providing predictable access to verified renewable electricity and contributes to the decarbonisation objectives of the facility.
Representatives from both organizations noted that the cPPA model offers stable pricing, reduced operational risk, and improved cost predictability while supporting tenants’ ESG reporting requirements. The agreement applies to the 38,500 square metre office building located at 3 Kazimierza Górskiego Street and reflects broader trends in Poland’s energy market, where flexible renewable contracting is becoming more accessible to a wider range of customers. By linking producers directly with consumers, the model provides predictable revenue streams for generators and facilitates long term access to green energy for businesses.
