Deepki Has Acquired Evora Global and Its Metry Platform

Deepki acquired real estate sustainability consultancy Evora Global and Metry, marking the real estate data provider’s fifth acquisition to date. The deal follows recent acquisitions of electrification-focused AI startup Camion and energy management firm Sobre Energie, further expanding Deepki’s sustainability technology and advisory capabilities.
Evora’s SIERA sustainability data management platform and Metry’s automated grid and meter data collection technology will integrate directly into Deepki’s existing SaaS platform. The combined offering brings advisory services, managed services, transaction due diligence and active energy procurement together with Deepki’s AI-driven data intelligence to support both financial and environmental portfolio performance.
Evora’s consulting team will continue operating alongside Deepki under a co-sold model, giving clients access to the combined technology stack and advisory expertise. The acquisition strengthens Deepki’s position as a more comprehensive sustainability management platform for real estate portfolios.
