Climentum Capital closed the first €60 million of its Fund II, matching the size of its debut fund while continuing its strategy of leading Seed and Series A investments in European climate hard tech companies focused on energy security, industrial efficiency and supply chain resilience. The fund is anchored by Denmark's state investment fund EIFO.

The launch follows a successful exit through Studsvik's acquisition of portfolio company KNXT less than three years after Climentum's initial investment, reinforcing the firm's thesis that industrial climate technologies are becoming strategically important across Europe.

As Europe accelerates its industrial rebuilding amid energy instability and supply chain pressures, Climentum shows how specialized venture capital is accelerating the commercialization of climate hard tech by backing industrial innovation with long-term, sector-focused investment.
