Renewable Advisory Firm Acquisitions

Algebris Investments Bought Out 12-Year Hold on Renewables

Algebris Investments acquired 100% of Vector Renewables, a Spain-based renewable energy consultancy, from independent power producer Nadara in a deal announced in September 2026 for an undisclosed sum. Nadara had owned the consultancy for 12 years and is exiting the business to concentrate on building infrastructure instead.

Vector Renewables advises on renewable energy projects, giving Algebris a foothold in a sector that continues to draw steady investor capital. The full acquisition hands Algebris complete control of the consultancy, separating its advisory operations from Nadara's asset-development business.

As European renewables mature, this deal signals how investors are increasingly splitting advisory and asset-development roles into distinct businesses, treating specialized consultancies as attractive standalone acquisitions rather than functions bundled inside larger power producers.
