ICM signed an agreement with Atvos to supply process technology for Atvos' first corn ethanol facility, integrating the Atvos Santa Luzia corn ethanol project into the company's existing sugarcane industrial complex in Nova Alvorada do Sul, Brazil. ICM will provide Selective Milling Technology, the Base Tricanter System and other proprietary technologies to enable year-round renewable fuel production alongside high-value co-products such as distillers grains and corn oil.
Once complete, the facility is expected to process approximately 642,000 metric tons of corn annually, producing 273 million liters of ethanol and substantial quantities of DDGS and corn oil.
The project signals that integrating multiple renewable fuel pathways into a single facility could improve capital efficiency while expanding overall biofuel output from existing agricultural infrastructure.
