Renewable AI Computing Campuses

Soluna Holdings closed the purchase of 397 acres in Briscoe County, Texas, to host Soluna Project Dorothy 3, a planned renewable-first AI computing campus with a potential capacity of up to 300 MW. The site sits directly adjacent to the company's 150 MW Briscoe Wind Farm, positioning Dorothy 3 for direct, behind-the-meter access to generation that Soluna owns outright.

The acquired land exceeds the 300 acres originally identified for the campus, giving Soluna room to expand data halls if additional generation or storage capacity becomes available. Dorothy 3 is part of Soluna's broader development pipeline of approximately 6.3 GW across multiple sites, adding to the company's roughly 192 MW of currently energized capacity.

Vertically integrated power ownership could become a genuine competitive advantage for developers racing to deliver reliable, clean compute capacity to customers.
