Corporate Solar Power Agreements

Zelestra signed a 140 MWac power purchase agreement for Lumen Farm, its solar project in northeast Texas, expanding the company's renewable energy relationship with Tesla beyond a 2024 agreement covering three solar plants in Spain's Castilla-La Mancha region. Construction on Lumen Farm is expected to begin by 2027, with full operations targeted for 2029.

The agreement supports Tesla's growing energy needs in Texas as Zelestra continues expanding its U.S. presence, backed by a development portfolio exceeding 16 GW of renewable energy projects across key global markets. Zelestra was recently ranked by BloombergNEF among the top 10 sellers of clean energy to corporate customers, both globally and in the U.S.

Zelestra shows how multinational renewable energy developers are scaling relationships with major corporate customers across multiple markets to deliver clean power where and when expanding electrification needs require it most.
