Energy Service Acquisitions
Otovo announced definitive agreements to acquire what is now called Otovo Green Panel in an $11 million deal, marking the company's eighth and largest acquisition to date. The combination expands Otovo's behind-the-meter energy service footprint to 15 European markets, creating what the company believes is Europe's largest dedicated network by country coverage.
Green Panel provides field service, replacement, maintenance and logistics for residential and commercial solar, battery, EV-charging and load-management systems, and operates Israel's largest solar power command-and-control center. The deal is expected to add $12.8 million in 2026 revenue and $2.9 million in adjusted EBIT. Otovo's Endurance platform now manages field operations, warehouses and customer inventory across the combined network, providing real-time visibility and faster service.
Otovo's acquisition signals that consolidating field execution and logistics infrastructure across multiple countries is becoming essential to delivering reliable energy services.
