Energa Group has completed the grid connection of the 39.9 MW Łosienice solar farm in the Pomerania region of Poland. The project, developed by Energa Green Development and built by Electrum, consists of nearly 65,000 solar panels installed across 43 hectares. According to the company, the facility is expected to generate enough electricity to supply more than 20,000 households once fully operational later in the year. The connection to the Kościerzyna main supply point enables the start of trial runs and technical tests required for final permits and a generation licence.

The Łosienice installation forms part of Energa Group’s broader renewable energy development program, which includes approximately 300 MW of projects currently under construction and an additional 1 GW at various stages of planning. While solar represents the majority of its pipeline, the company also intends to develop around 46 MW of wind capacity. The completion of the Łosienice grid connection contributes to Energa’s total installed green energy capacity, which has now surpassed one gigawatt.
